    3. Hey what year was that stamp? My Grandfather Robert L. Sisson from Binghamton, New York also collected stamps. I inherited the collection. Who knows I may have the stamp, but he died in the mid-90's and so the collection ends there. He also was well known in the coin collecting circles and was a prominent member of the YMCA. Secretary? Treasurer? or something. There should still be young 40-50ish people around that would remember Bob Sisson. I would like to hear from you if possible.
