Gr.-granddaughter of Aaron Lazarus and E. Cohen, his wife. Gr.-gr.-granddaughter of Marks Lazarus and Rachael Cardoza, his wife. Gr.-gr.-gr.-granddaughter of David Nunez Cardoza and Sarah Cardoza, his wife. David Nunez Cardoza, (1754-1835), served as a subaltern officer in the militia until taken prisoner, 1780. He was placed on the pension roll, 1832, for service of sergeant in the South Carolina militia and died in Charleston.
