    3. Mary Jo, There were other Sisson families in Virginia in 1790. Robert Sisson's family was in Fairfax (Steven Sisson's line), Henry Sisson was in Westmoreland County, George Sisson (son of Bryan) was in Fauquier County, and Caleb (Barb Marsh's line) was in Rockbridge County. The John and Jesse who went to Clark County, MO were, in fact, sons of Caleb and Sarah Roach Sisson. Their line reads: Robert, William, Bryan, Caleb, John/Jesse... I don't have a Jesse in Richmond County during those years, and we know that John (Sue Kretchun's line)stayed in Richmond. We do know that Richard (son of John) re-settled in Georgia in about 1798.
