I have tried for some time to make contact with Richard Sisson but to no avail. I have a published bio showing he holds the Board of Trustees Chair in Comparative Politics and is a professor in the Dept. of Political Science at the Ohio State University, from which he received his BA and MA degrees, and he received his PHD from Univ. of CA., Berkley. He has numerous publications to his credit,and was at one time a candidate for president of the University of Texas. From 1993-1998 Dr. Sisson served as the Provost and Interim President of The Ohio State University, and chief academic officer and chief executive officer of the nations's major comprehensive student-centered research universities with nearly 55,000 students, 30,000 faculty and staff. Before returning to Ohio State in 1993 Dr.Sisson was for 25 years a member of the political science faculty at UCLA, where he served as department chief and Senior Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
