273. Anne SISSON (Richard , Richard , George , Richard ) was born 10 May 1745 in Portsmouth, Newport Co., Rhode Island. Anne married Joseph SHERMAN. Joseph was born about 1745. He died 1791. Children Oliver,James Peleg, Ann, Ruth, Job, Mary, They must have had another child named Sarah Cook who testified at the hearing that she was born in 1768 and lived on the Sisson farm and helped make the bags for the grain for the soldiers and remembers the conversations between her mother and father, Joseph Sherman. It also states that in the year 1785 or 1786 that Joseph Sherman in a voyage to the West Indies died in a shipwreck.
