Does anyone have information - stories, pictures, etc. - about Elizabeth "Betty" Sisson, daughter of Ludlow Branham Sisson of the Robert and Amy of Virginia lineage? Anything other than census (already have). Betty was born in 1825, died in 1906, and lived most of her life (probably) in Roanoke/Shawsville/Floyd Co. region of Virginia. She had two children - Lidia Jane Sisson and Timothy Preston Sisson, their father's name not known. Gayle Buresh is seeking more information on Betty. On another branch, does anyone have photos of Henry Hardy Sisson (1846-1915) and his son Robert Jay Sisson (b. 1882) of the Robert and Amy of Virginia lineage? Carol, I have information on Elizabeth and her descendents. I believe that Gayle borrowed and copied the "Descendents of Ludlow B. Sisson", and the information is there, accompanied by photos. It starts on page 53. If Lisa could tell me where the Sissons lived, I could hunt them up.
