Okay this I did not know Thomas Upton Sisson had two wives / July 21, 1923 Washington..Former Represenative Thomas U Sisson of Mississippi and Miss Cecil Brooks Norton, a leader in civic and educational affairs of Washington, were married here Saturday. The ceremony was performed by Bishop McDowell of Washington. in the presence of a few intimate friends. Mr Sisson who retired from Congress last March after serving fourteen years in the House, gave his age as 53. Miss Norton said she was 32.
