I've been working on the Sipes family, too. I descend from Tobias Riley Sipes, son of Jacob Sipes, Jr. I've been trying in vein to find a name for his mother but was extremely happy to find this will posted here as it proves the relationship between Jacob and Tobias without a doubt and it also gives the name of a daughter that I did not have before, Mary, and the name of her husband! Every little piece helps! There is a John and Mary Peck living in Ayr Twp., Fulton Co., PA in 1880. Mary was age 55, so would have been born abt. 1825. Certainly sounds like our gal!
