My father's grandmother's maiden name was Sinks, but that's about as far as I have gotten with this part of my heritage. Purportedly, she was an adopted Native American Indian. There is no reason t question this, as it has been confirmed by my grandmother 50 years ago, and my cousin's grandfather 50 years ago. I did not even know I had this cousin until I "met" her on the internet through geneaology research in the Haight family tree. Thanks again for your input! Bee
