On this 29th day of September 1852 personally appeared before me, O.L.V.SCHMITTOUR (or SCHMITTOW OR SCHMITTOU) a Justice of the Peace, duly authorised to administer Oaths within and for the County and State aforesaid. ANNA SINKS, widow, of JESSE SINKS, deceased, who being duly sworn according to Law declares that she is unable to obtain from the county court clerk of Montgomery County, Tennessee, a copy of her Marriage License to her Late Husband JESSE SINKS deceased: And that she has no Family Record of said marriage--She is therefore under the necessity of presenting the testimony of DREWRY SINKS and GEORGE W. OLIVER, which is the 3rd order of proof. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 29th September 1852. ANNA (her mark) SINKS signed (cannot read) J.P.
