Jessie was from AR and was to have moved to Texas. The husband had died by the 1920 census but shows up with a new husband, also in Texas, and Pearl Simpkins is 16 years old. Jessie would have been my great aunt. Any leads would be appreciated. No idea where the marriage took place but Jessie would have been probably been from Washington County, AR. Thank you.
