Her mother was FRANCES SIMPKINS (b.app.1870's in PA) and her father was FLOYD WAUGAMAN (b. 1873 in PA). Hazel marrried CHAS. BOWNE, who was born in NY in 1895. At least 2 children were born to this union, Nelson (b. NY) and and Shirley (b. PA). Does anyone have the following information on HAZEL ? 1- Her exact birth location and marriage location. 2- The death location and date for her husband, CHARLES BOWNE. Any help will be appreciated.
