Winifred, I have a Matilda Simpkins born abt 1821 Knox Co.,Ohio. Her father as Per the 1850 and 1860 census as being Seley Simpkins born abt. 1791 New Jersey married Christina Dial in Knox co., Ohio. His father as John Simpkins born abt 1763 Morganstown, Va. died 1809 Schenck's Creek, Monroe Twp, Knox Co., Ohio.
