The information I have is VERY minimal. I have his name, and the fact that he was from Virginia, and he was born in January, between 1940 and 1950. He was in Georgia at least in 1971, although I don't know if he stayed in Georgia or went elsewhere. He had a relationship with a lady named Patsy Shelton, who was from Gordon County, GA, and had a son in January of 1972. Patsy may have been living in Fulton County at the time of her son's birth.
