Her name was Louvenia Simpkins. I have a charcoal portrait of her, if anyone wants to see. She was born around 1814 and was married to John Goddard. She and John had several children including: Sarah, John, Jane, Nancy, Frances, Elizabeth, and William (my great great). According to census records, she was born in Virginia.
