My great grandmother was America Francis Goddard. Her parents were William Goddard and Matilda Lemmons. William's parents were John Goddard and Louvenia Simpkins. (spelling changes). I have two old charcoal portraits of Louvenia and John. They are from around the 1840's, possibly. On the back of the females, it has L.A. Simpkins. I take it that it was for Louvenia Simpkins. The portraits were wrapped in a cardboard box that said, "Bill's (my grandfather) great grandparents. So, this would be them. Also, I found a picture of a little boy. His name was Donald E. Simpkins. Any linkage? Know anything on my Louvenia? Any info could be helpful, thanks. Kaci Foster
