They are only matching Simpkins and not Woods. Does anyone know of any story about a young Simpkins leaving home. Apparently he was born a Simpkins and then changed his name to Woods. This Mr. Elusive married an Elizabeth Fowler who was born in Madison, Georgia. I know there was a Benjamin Simpkins first in North Carolina and then moved to Georgia.
