Further research has turned up military enlistment for William Albert Simpkins which was signed by Catharine Simpkins (Kolbfleish) who was married to Steward Simpkins. William's has a son named Henry Robert Simpkins who was born September 25, 1925 and passed away of colon cancer after a six month battle. I know that William moved to Ohio upon further research. My father Henry always believed his father had been killed in a trucking accident on the turnpike - how sad.
