He did live in Philadelphia Co-Pennsylvania during the 1840 census and Montgomery Co-Pennsylvania during the 1850 census. He moved to Ohio between 1850 & 1860 with his family. When my great grandfather parents pasted away that past died. The younger kids went to an orphanage and the two that was the older was on their own. So as far as anything elsa we don't have a clue. McBride is the maden name of Ruth (I think). I know that my great grandfather's father's name was Richard and he went by Tom. (This is all I know.)
