Now, to which family does all that lawsuit business belong? Most of the records so far indicate that Jesse s/o Jacob never married, and d. in 1882. I don't have a death date for Jesse s/o Philip, but he was b. ca. 1806 and his wife Mary Kendall d. in 1886. Ron Sapp and others, what do you have on this?
