CJ, In searching through my database, I found a SCHOONOVER listed, married to Mary Nancy Shuman, the daughter of Philip and Sophia SHUMAN. Philip is also listed as having a son Jesse, but this Jesse supposedly m. Mary KENDALL abt 1826. If this is the "right" family, then there are several researchers on the List, who can fill you in better than I could do. It is thought that Philip who m. Sophia was the brother of my ancestor John, but this has not been proven. So... what info do some of the others of you have, that can help us out here? JS >Hi everyone. I'm sure that you can tell already that I am new to the list. > >My query is very short and as everyone else, I hope that there is someone >who can fit a few more pieces in. > >I am looking for a Jesse Shuman who had a sister (possibly) named Mary who >was married to a Schoonover. > >Jesse was married to Mary E.
