James: Thank you for your info on Permelia Shuman, I can't explain the reason why but I am intensely interested in this woman's background, not only because of the Shuman connection but also her marriage to Jacob K Streight. The Streight family does seem to have a string of twins in this lineage believe the original spelling of the name was Strate. I'd appreciate all I can chew on about Permelia Shuman from anybody - just any little thing so I can compare notes. Thank you all so much for listening - I've received wonderful responses.
