Cousins, If we make a stretch, this is genealogy-related. I found a web site which was developed by Sara SHUMAN. It's called "Do You Remember?" and you can view it at <http://www.dukemedia.com/sara/index.html>. Along similar lines, we've had several new subscriptions lately, and I've received correspondence from several others. We have a SHUMAN family in MO which I'm quite interested in: they may be the descendants of David SHUMAN, the "lost" son of John, the ancestor to many of us with WV roots. (I keep finding more descendants of John, Philip, and Henry still living in WV; sometimes it seems half the people there are related to us!) We also have a group in northern IL, and one that settled eastern OH about 1800. One of their descendants thinks he has found evidence pointing to a Hugenot connection! Oh, there's also an early settlement in FL that may be separate from the Martin line. Let's give our newcomers a Big Family Welcome! And to you recent members, please don't hesitate to start a discussion-- we'd enjoy a few new topics to "chew on" for a while! Regards!
