Hi Marie, I'm sorry I don't have more information. My father was his stepson, and they lived in Trenton Mo. If Shuman had two wifes I,m not sure. I just know he was married to my grandmother I think before 1930, after that she was married to Walter Ricketts. All her children were Shuman except my dad. Hazel Aleen, Dolphus (Dot), Mildred Ruby & Milford Robert, Virginia Lucilli,Lee Ethel, Joseph & Josephine, Francis, Helen Ellizabith. My father was born Sept 21, 1903, and the rest after that. I have the dates if you want them. Grandmother was born Aug, 29th,1885 in Shenandrah, Iowa, and died Jan.23,1957. I hope this can help you a little.
