    3. Bill, WOW! This is a GREAT PIECE OF INFORMATION ! He is my ggGrandfather. Did he serve his time? What form of Larceny did he commit? Will this quallify his decendants for the "Black Sheep Society"? :) He was in Monongahelia 1820 census, Tyler Va 1830 census, Greene Co OH 1840 census, and 1850 Mason Co VA census. Where can I get a copy of this source information? While a resident of Gallia Co OH in 1843, he purchased 600 acres of land from Andrew J Redmond in Mason Va. He couldn't have had any cash left or would have paid cash..... Ed Prichard >Chris, Since you are going to Greene County, Pa. As you probably know >Vincient Fetty, who married Johns daughter Rachael, got himself in hot water >in Green County about 1818 more or less. As follows At the April Term of >court 1818 Green County, Pa. The clerk of Records recorded the following. >Vincient Fetty was found guilty of Larceny and is sentenced to serve 3 years >at hard labor in the State Pen House at Philadelphia. There must be more >records somewhere? > >Bill Shuman >
