Hi David, I have been thinking about the choices for next year's reunion and my two choices are first, Salt Lake City, and second, Colorado Springs. Also, I have been thinking about the accounting procedures that were suggested by Dan at our directors meeting, and repeated by you in your last e-mail, i.e. full accountability with the names of the each contributors, how much they contributed and for what. I think that a special form is necessary so that the treasurer can have the information to record. Following is my idea for a form: Full Name Total Contribution Dues Church General Fund other | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Probably some other info needs included, but this is a start. As far as membership cards go, some other person should be delegated to handle them as there is too much other work for the treasurer. Actually, many members that I talked to either don't know where there cards are, or do not have them any longer, and seem not to care whether they have them. I don't lnow whether that means anything or not. I believe that all of this should be spelled out in our by-laws so that we know exactly what needs to be done in the way of record keeping and who does what.
