I have a lot of Monn nformation but not a lot of Shockey information. You mentioned that John started a town in Il. which is news to me but my great grandparents (Monn) also came to Il. from Pa. I have several Catherine Monn's in the file but none marrying John Shockey. Also have several John Shockey's. I believe this might be the Catherine Monn that was a daughter of David and Mary Rock Monn but I don't have a birth date for her.
