Hi Cousin, Since I am not the one doing the itinerary, I can tell you what order we usually follow. Many of us get there on Thursday. The guys get their computers set up and they can start taking information to add at any time or help folks make their connections. Most of the day Friday is spent meeting new folks and just general good fellowship. Saturday is a day that they are usually on their own unless a special activity is planned, which I would have done if I were in charge. On Sunday, we go to church (if you want to) and after church we meet in the fellowship hall for a catered lunch and the general meeting which is a business meeting. In this meeting, we tell what progress we have made in genealogy, what we have used funds for, (usually each of the officers gives you a short resume of what they have done in the past year and how you can help if you wish to have an active part). We decide the date and place of the next reunion. We are open for questions and suggestions and discussions. I think most of us plan to leave on Monday since some folks work. Both of my sons work, so I have to ride with the one closest to my home. I had planned to drive, but I think they didn't want me to. Let me know if you need any other information.
