Linda - The two SHIVERs that you mentioned from the same company were my 3rd-g-grandfather, John W. SHIVER, son of Enoch (also Lyrice's ancestor), and Fleming is probably (though I'm not 100% positive), Henry Fleming SHIVER, son of Fleming SHIVER and Elizabeth CALHOUN. Farrell - Do you know more about that Fleming? Thanks for the additional list. If anyone knows more about these men's service records (dates of service, wounds received, etc.), can you forward them to me and I'll make sure they get attached to their names on their pages on the web site? I'm PROMISING a major update between now and January 1st. I've been SO far behind on SO many things, and I'm figuring that since I've been sick the last 2-1/2 weeks, that I won't get sick over the Christmas holiday. Wish me luck! :-) Mary Kathryn -- Mary Kathryn Kozy mkozy@attglobal.net My Home Page: http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~marykozy/ South King Co. Gene.
