I find two Shivers in the same company Shiver, Fleming---- private August 18, 1863 . Captured at Deep Bottom, Va., August 16, 1864 . Exchanged at Fort Delaware, Del., March 7, 1865 . Place captured given also as Williamsport, Md., August 5, 1864 , and exchanged at James River, Va., March 10, 1865 . and Shiver, John W. --- private February 20, 1863 . Wounded and captured at Petersburg, Va., June 17, 1864 . Never heard from. Pension records show he was killed at Petersburg, Va., June 23, 1864 .
