The last I heard, Pam Jones was the secretary. Her mother was a Shiver. I believe she is a school teacher in either Camilla or Pelham. She should have the minutes. It would be great if we could put that information on the Shiver website, especially for those who live far away from there. The reunion started many years ago and the last time I attended was about 20 years ago. My dad, who is now 85, usually gets a notice every year. He knows who Pam's mother is/was, but could not think of it. We have a cousin who still lives in Camilla and is in her 70's and she knows Pam. Her name is Calista Hooks, who still lives on her Grandfather Shiver's homeplace, 6 mi east of Camilla. She has more Shiver blood than anyone I know as both her grandparents, on her mother's side, were Shivers and her father's mother was a Shiver, and both her parents were Shivers. Her grandfather Shiver raised my grandfather Shiver as they were bro in law and my grandfather's father, a civil war vet, had died in Worth County.
