Since you didn't specify who the picture was, and the link had expired, I checked for SHIVER in that database, and yes, Jacob SHIVER is a relation, though not directly, of Enoch (I too descend from Enoch, he is my 4th-g-grandfather). Jacob was the son of Abraham and Martha SHIVER. He and two of his brothers (Issac and Bonaparte) went to Florida in the mid-1850s to settle. Abraham is the son of John & Hannah of Kershaw Co. So, if as I suspect, Enoch is the son of James (son of John & Hannah), this Jacob and our Enoch would have been first cousins! :-) Hope that helps a bit...
