Homestead is a nice little town. All of our family grew up there. The mayor, Steve Shiver is not related to this line of Shiver's.(James A) What lineage does he have? I will ask him whenever I get down there next March. I think he is from another state. I have met him before. As far as I know, he is not a cousin.
