My mom said her library does something called interlibrary loan with libraries across the country. You might want to ask some of your regional libraries if they do too. If so, and Troy does it, you might could get the book that way. However, she warned that since it is a reference book, they might not send it, or if they do you might have to look at it in the library, as with other reference books. Also, some libraries charge a fee to cover their expenses in getting the book.
