Am going through phone books and sending out letters to most of the Shivers in SE Alabama Counties in hopes of getting some new blood in the group, and maybe helping some of these people discover their roots. However, do not plan to send one to "Girlie." In the letter am putting the address for this site. Have already sent out about 10 so hopefully we'll get a response or two before long.
