There is a Shadrack "k" listed as Justice of the peace and witness to deed transfers with Rebeka Shivers. Shadrack is also the son of Jesse Shivers Sr , Grandson of Jonas and this Shadrack died in 1830. Location unknown. on 11/21/1830 Pitt County NC appraisal of estate ordered for purpose of establishing dower rights for widow, Sarah. Also Asa Shivers, Noxube County MS to recive all moneys due him from estate of father Shadrack Shivers and sister Margaret Shivers. 1820 Census Pitt County shows Shadrack Shivers 3 males to 10 2 males 10-16,1 male 26-45 1 female to 10 1 female 16 to 26. with no names.
