I have three Abner Bartlet SHIVER'S in my data base. 1-Abner Bartlet SHIVER, b 1815 S.C.; d 17 Dec 1894 Dale Co AL, son of Jacob (?) and Mary (JOHNSON) SHIVER. 2-Abner Bartlet SHIVER, b 5 Aug 1864, probably Dale Co AL - son of Abijah M. and Sarah A. SHIVER; married Estelle SANDERS re: Alabama, Pike County, Book 12; Page 140 3-Abner Bartlet SHIVER, b 1902-d 1906, son of George W and Nicey (SENN) SHIVER (Obviously NOT yours!) I also have: 1-Abner SHIVER, b abt 1844, son of Jarrett Lynn and Elizabeth SHIVER, brother of Abner Bartlet SHIVER b 1815. This could concievably be another "Abner Bartlet", as Abner B (b 1815) named one of HIS sons "Jared Lyndsey", obviously after his brother....
