    3. I have seen the book D.E. Cain wrote. There used to be a copy in the Montgomery County, Texas library. When I was there this summer, the book had disappeared!. I DO have copies of the SHIVER, PRESTWOOD, and PELHAM/JONES pages. Even though the book is full of errors, it is still useful. If anyone would like copies of these copies, let me have your snail-mail, and I'll send them.
