I will try to lay my hands on the recipe...I have it written down. Are you related to Rose Hogan??? Wasn't she a Gitchel before she married Guy Hogan? I remember her from my childhood. She and my favorite Aunt and Uncle(Don and Emma Mandery) were friends. Emma and Don would come to my folks and grab any kid who wasn't in school (usually me) and I would stay with them for weeks at a time and, of course, we would go visiting. That's how I have all sorts of little notes from talking with those folks. Now I just have to take the time to sort them all out.
