His parents were William Minor Sherwood and Mary Martha(Caswell) Sherwood. He was born in 1884. I know that he married and adopted to children. The last time anyone heard from him was in the 50's and at that time he would have been 65. At least thats what they are telling me. So dont think he is one of your Jay's. Thank you for your reply.
