Anson was all over the map: b. 24 JAN 1797, Fairfield, Herkimer Co, NY; resided in Hammondsport, Steuben Co, NY, then Orion, Oakland Co, MI, and finally in Louisville, KY, where he died 27 FEB 1864. He and Betsey m. 1820, Steuben Co, NY. His 2nd wife was Sarah Ann ROSEBECK, b. 23 FEB 1812, NYC, NY; d. 8 OCT 1893, Tuscola, MI. They married 13 MAY 1849, Orion, Oakland Co, MI. Mary's siblings were: Edward H., b. 1821; Gaylord; and Hugh, b. 1836. Her siblings from Anson's second marriage were: William L., b. 1850; Caroline; Charles M., b. 1855; Levi, b. 1857; and Adell, b. 1858. That's all I know about this particular Mary Sherwood.
