Thanks to all who have responded with helpful hints on who this Catherine was. George Miller married Catherine Funkhouser, George's parents were George Miller and Catherine??? It seems that this was Catherine Lambert who married George Miller (1818) and later married Lewis Pearsh (Persee/Pearch/Bearsh), 1837. In Amy Gilreath's Will Abstract Book, page 13, the will of Lewis Bearsh mentions his wife, formerly Catharine Miller and her children. My thanks to Kelly, the marriage look-up lady on Alley's site for the information about the marriage of Lewis Persee to Cathrine Miller, a widow. Although there may be some holes in this theory, I think it's solid enough to buy it. Thanks again, Rick
