Hi, all, I have two Isaac BOWMANs, who I think (hope) might be the same person: Isaac BOWMAN [1] b: 1 April 1814 d: 1 May 1884 m: Elizabeth "Betsy" LINDAMOOD b: 16 January 1817 d: 29 November 1895 Children: i. Polybuis Elon Bowman b: 25 March 1841 ii. Isaiah Bowman 13 August 1845 Isaac BOWMAN [2] b: 1815 m: Elizabeth Painter Children: i. Sarah Catherine BOWMAN 1859-1931 m: 1875 Joseph Bowman TISINGER (1851-1928) Can anyone help me figure out whether Elizabeth Painter might be the second wife of Isaac BOWMAN, or even the same person as Elizabeth "Betsy" LINDAMOOD (perhaps having previously married a Painter)?
