He didn't even name his wife and children (even though he mentions wife and children) ... He mentions his brother, Jacob Kips to "keep the house I now occupy open as a Wagon Stand" ... Mentions: to sell his negro woman by name of Diana ... Exor: Jacob Williamson and Witnesses are: S. Coffman, Francis Sibert and John Shomo Dated: 20 June 1828 Probated: 11 Aug. 1828 Shenandoah Co., VA Will Bk. O, p. 357 There is also a Will for his brother Jacob Kipps.
