This is what is known as an "urban legend". The story has NO basis in fact and is propagated to generate as much hysteria and alarm as possible. This particular story has been making the rounds for the past 24 months. There are variations of the same story, all culminating in the same end that have been circulating since AIDS was recognized as a viral infection.
