Beth, I was unable to find a marriage record for this couple in Rockingham, Shenandoah or Augusta counties. Maybe someone else can give their opinion, but it seems unusual for migration to flow between Va and PA. In all of my experiences, it has flowed from PA to OH or VA. Perhaps this couple moved from PA to VA, didn't like it for some reason and moved back to PA. Do you know where their parents are from? Good luck in your searching. Mike
