Isaiah BOWMAN was born 28 September 1838 in Shenandoah County, Virginia. He served as a Private in Co. E and Co. C, 2nd Virginia Infantry in the WBTS for 1862-1865. He died 30 May 1919, and is buried in the Keller Cemetery, Shenandoah County.
