Ola, there is some information on a Crawford family that settled in Strausburg in 1795. James Crawford Sr., born in Cumberland County, Penn., in 1759, brought his family to Strausgurg, Va. and practiced medicine there until 1807. There is aslo some info on the Ashby family.
