Looking for information on my great great grandparents. George Huse Shiner was born 20 June 1797 on the Opequon Creek near Winchester, Virginia. Tradition is that he and his sister Cynthia were orphaned and raised by their maternal grandmother Sarah Gibbons Lister. His father's name is unknown. Does anyone know of them? Thanks. S.
