If you send all your info to them, they put it on their "lists" and charge for researching it by the month. It adds up to a pretty hefty fee, for people on limited income, it smarts more than just a little. In a message dated 2/26/2007 1:29:25 P.M. Thanks. Peggy, or Margaret, is the sister of Archibald (whom I can't find anywhere else) and Benjamin, who is my gg-grandfather. The Copperstones were from Fort Valley (Kupferstein), and Henry may have worked at Pine Forge, four miles north of New Market. By the way, a number of Goods lived in that area, also. Peggy and Henry migrated to Gallia County OH, and many of the midwestern Copperstones are descended from them. I am not in touch with any of them, however, and suspect they are not aware of the Glover connection. The Glovers came over the Blue Ridge from the Culpeper/Fauquier/Fairfax area immediately after the War of 1812. Only Benjamin remained in the Valley, and he and his wife migrated to the Melrose/Linville area of Rockingham County. -- J. I signed up a couple of weeks ago and did a small amount of data. They had so many people working that they got ahead of the data sheets that were ready. It is interesting work and I don't think ancestry is involved at all. Clarice Snyder Many Shenandoah ties in Indiana Hottel, Keller, Feller, Hamman and so on.
